I'm not one to drink my coffee black, so I panicked a bit when I decided to stop drinking milk. For a few years I didn't even bother looking for an alternative because I had no idea how many vegan/non-dairy products were actually available at the time. One day I was at my local health food store and came across Silk Vanilla Creamer! I tried it out and I was so happy, it was exactly what I was missing! Now I make coffee/lattes at home, and don't feel like I have to spend $4+ on my soy lattes in the morning. Silk also makes an original and hazelnut flavor too, but I prefer the vanilla. There are other vegan creamers out there too, but I like my Silk :)
You can also use plant based milks (soy, rice, almond etc.) but I prefer the stronger flavor of creamer.

Generally I don't use Silk - it tends to make my tummy hurt - but the only vegan creamer I like (love) is the Silk original! It's harder to find for me lately :(
